Claire Culliford (www.claireculliford.com), the owner of TransTeach, believes in giving back whenever possible. Having spent over 20 years as an educator, translator and writer, and with a passion for storytelling, she always dreamed of helping others around the world by writing creatively.
Passionate about looking after the world around us, in 2012 Claire started a picture book series based on the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. The books raise awareness of environmental and social issues among children aged 3-7, inspiring them to come up with creative solutions to global problems. Published by Legend Press/University of Buckingham Press, the books are beautifully illustrated by Emma Allen and have been translated into 11 languages.
Endorsed and supported by wildlife and environmental organisations the world over, The Little Helpers series is available at Waterstones, Barnes and Noble, book retailers and independent book shops, and all major online book stores, including Amazon.

"A park is a truly magical place containing treasures of a very special kind.
As you walk along paths, beneath the trees, look around to see what you find."

"Parks and green spaces are so important for health, for wellbeing and for our communities and for our environment so it's great to see this creative way of engaging children with their local park - and the amazing stories of our natural world.
